Henry Squire
On completion of architectural studies at Oxford Brookes University, Henry went on to gain a Masters in Architecture and Interior design from the Royal College of Art in 1997.
After graduation, Henry joined Squire and Partners where he became the project architect responsible for a new office building at 10 Lower Grosvenor Place, and the award winning Sand Bar and Restaurant in Clapham.
At the end of 1999 Henry left the practice to gain wider experience of the property industry, during which time he was client and project manager for a number of residential development projects.
On his return to Squire and Partners in 2001, Henry worked as project architect on Belgrave House—then the largest speculative office building in London’s West End—for the Grosvenor Estate.
Henry was promoted to a Partner in 2005, and as well as managing one of the practice’s three design and construction teams, is responsible for the future business development of the practice. He is also responsible for managing property developments financed by the practice, as well as smaller business led projects such as Urban Golf.
Current projects include the high profile Chelsea Barracks scheme, a 75 storey residential tower in Canary Wharf, 20 Grosvenor Square along with a number of large international projects in St. Petersburg, Abu Dhbai, Doha, and Karachi.
