Seed Vault
Project Description
Seed dormancy, which is the state between life and death, represents what is half-dead and half-alive. This project speculates on this idea. Through form, the landscape in this project represents the life cycle over time as a fast-forwarded version of what it would be like over hundreds of years. The shape of seed vault stays in between rigid geometry and loosened forms. It is also hanging, yet is pulled by the gravity. The project reflects on various phenomena that are constantly changing in between life and death.
