PAK Agro-Futures
Project Description
With its population set to double by 2030, the UAE needs to ensure food security for its current and future citizens. We represent a new conglomerate of enterprises from the UAE who have created a Special Investment Vehicle to invest in the agricultural development of Pakistan. Pakistan can grow enough food to feed its population but suffers from outdated farming technology and poor distribution networks. We will develop infrastructure, bringing agricultural expertise to Pakistan while leveraging the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor for domestic and export distribution. By leveraging the expertise of the UAE and tapping proposed infrastructural investments in Pakistan, everyone wins.
