Project Description

An exploration of the Wood Innovation and Design Center by Michael Green Architecture, this 1’ : 3" model showcases the system innovations necessary for the construction of an 8 story all timber building. By focusing on the sectional technology and intricate joining details, we shed light on the technological invention that reinforces the weak points of the material. Through this study, we also showcase the material palette and specialty components of the project.
